Return Policy

 Lifestyle Mobility Scooters Returns Policy: 

We understand that sometimes you receive an item that is not right for you. If you need to make a return you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for the safe return and cost of the outbound return shipping. Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping from manufacturer will be deducted from remaining credit of eligible refund item, depending on each Manufacuters Return Policy. 

In addition, all Returns are suject to a 10-20% restocking fee, based on each Manufacturers Re-stocking Fees; which can vary depending on the Manufacturers Return Policy. Please visit Manufacturers Return Policy on Product Pages. 

Returns Eligible for Refunds:

  • The item/items returned must be in new condition with no damages, no scratches, etc. with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Lifestyle Mobility Scooters within 10 days of delivery.
  • All Items must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of days from date of purchase and with an authorized RMA.
  • Any attempted return/returns made without a Authorized Return Authorization from Lifestyle Mobility Scooters will be denied upon receiving.
  • All Returned Items must fully inspected by Manufacturer/Distributor before any Refunds will be processed. (no exceptions)
  • A Return will not be accepted or eligible for a refund if a chargeback and/or a cancellation is made by customer during a return in transit before an inspection is made of the return item/items. 
  • You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of the Manufacturer/Distributor receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.

Note* Refunds/Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s). If there are any damages upon the manufacturers inspection, additional Fees will be deducted from the original cost. Most Manufactuerers/Distributors provide a video of inspection up receiving a Return.

Refused Goods:

If delivery of an item is refused, outward & return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
